Great service and hot good.

Waited a long time for food. Food was ok

Always good with a quick turnaround. Gizzards ordeeed takes a little bit longer, but worth the wait.Usually the different locations are very consistent in my experience.

Friendly staff and great food

Been going to this Chicken Express for a few years now and it's always a good experience. The people working there are always friendly, the food is ALWAYS hot. Overall a good franchise.

Best fried pickles! Worth the trip.

Need some cleaning. Chicken was cold. But hot wing was hot and crispy. Tea had some weird funky taste.

Chicken Express has the best chicken and catfish and it's always fresh. They have excellent customer service.

Service was not the greatest but finally after waiting at the window 2 1/2-3min without so much as a hello,one second, any greetings g what so ever it was the cashier handing me my drink.I give her money for purchase before grabbing my drink,and again no verbal contact she closes window, than another guy hands me my food a few seconds later.I live 2 min away and fries were definetly old,I call to let them know and whichever lady answering phones after multiple periods of silence no apology has the nerve to tell me well we can't replace anything unless u bring fries back by far one of the worst fast food places on Aubrey,next to sonic, taco bells been closed down. As a resident of Aubrey I. Really imbarresed by this and its a shame when u have to travel to the next town just to get hot freshly cooked food and friendly service,guess I'll continue going to Pilot Point or Cross rds. Not knocking the food or the service they were good. But the place honestly looks like it's out of business. The building is dingy. The awnings are falling off. The paint and the signs are all faded. It looks pathetic. If I owned that store I'd be ashamed. Never seen a Chicken E like that. Looks like a trailer park version.

Best chicken tenders in Texas, sweet tea, and mini-poppers!

Good. My son wanted to eat there, so we did. Employees were attentive. Chicken was a little dry!

Waited in the Drive-Thru line for 10 minutes and nobody ever came on speaker to take my order. This is the worst Chicken Express in the area and I think the only reason why corporate lets them get away with it is because they are the only one in Aubrey. I always seem to have some kind of an issue with them. Not going here again

Would not accept a valid coupon that was not expired. Was not very impressed with there customer service.

Good food if you don't go in too late. Everything seems to be stale after about 8:00 at night. Chicken livers are great, again if you get there early enough. Best sweet tea in the country and you can take a jug home. Staff is always nice and store is clean. Overall, about four stars.

As normal for chicken express, old cold food. My wife watched them drop back in the old fries to the deep frier again. She did not see them drop the okra back in, however, visually inspecting them and the burnt look of the breading it was clear they were too fried twice. The chicken was cold and not juicy....Unfortunately this is a trend no matter which location I go to. Why do I keep going back? I honestly don't know....

The bald manager is the worst. We waited 15 minutes as they sat behind the counter and ate. No one said HI or hello. Super rude. I made sure to video the entire thing. This place has gone downhill. Stay away!!!

Order 2 Large orders chicken gizzards. Why over cooked and were like leather. Are at the Frisco Chicken last week food was Awesome now I know why the Aubrey store had NO customers. I will not be eating at that store ever again. Call them and told them our food was horrible we were told to enjoy our food and have a good evening!

Quick fast easy

Only gave this place a one star to be able to create the review. I called the business today for two issues, one I didn’t have my fries for my number one and two we had a huge hair in our food. The young man was extremely defensive and asked me to bring my food all the way back to “show” him after I had already made it to my kids lunch to eat. Worst CE and customer service ever!!!!

No one acknowledged me when I got there, they just kept talking, someone finally looked up and came to register, girl was really nice and friendly. The chicken did not seem as cold this visit

Chicken was fresh. Box of rolls had so much butter on them that it pooled in the bottom of the bag. Fries were undercooked.

I got out of the car and went inside because the drive-thru was so long and there seems to be two people working, one of them, dressed in all black, was washing the window of the door next to the drive-thru, while the guy in a red shirt worked his butt off taking all the orders. The guy in black, never acknowledged me, walks to the back to wash his hands, never acknowledged me again when he walked to the front to pull a basket from the fryer. I decided that was rude enough. I was walking out as two people were walking in & over to the counter. I was telling them good luck on getting service then I heard one of the workers ask if he could help them, it was the guy wearing all black, so I guess they had better luck than I did.

Went to get my son some fries from the Chicken Express in Aubrey.. Well wouldn't you know they gave me 12 French fries for 2.15.. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? I have stopped at several and to get him fries in the past and the one in Aubrey is the only one that did that.. Sad but I will be taking my business elsewhere.. My husband and I came here quite a bit since we moved here but jipping customers is unacceptable..

The woman running the window was absolutely rude and unhelpful. Look out for the lady with tattoos and glasses!

Only giving this place one star because I had to put one. The service was terrible. They were ignorant and rude. The place was unclean the food was sitting out for a while so it was cold and old. And your lucky I'm pksting a review and not calling the bbu. Or coorperate.

We have tried this location many times and they never have chicken tenders ready and if you try to call ahead and give them a heads up that you are on your way and want a 20 piece, no one answers the phone. If you tell them you tried to call ahead, they say that the only 2 people (out of 4) who know how to answer the phone are cooking. Only 2 people know how to answer the phone? Very disappointing.

It always takes forever to receive my food. Usually it’s burnt or cold. I’ve stopped going here and I go to the one in Denton. Also they don’t accept gift cards because the owner said he has his own card system he uses.

Chicken tenders are bigger than other locations I've been to in Dallas area. Place was real clean. Smelled like pinesol

Food is okay in a pinch, but it is a gamble on service depending on who's working.
